To return a product at Access-Trading you'll need
to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This
can be done directly online or by calling one of our customer
service representatives. NO returns of any type will be accepted
without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:

Customer name
Customer email
Invoice number
Item serial number(s)
Nature of the problem
Please write your Return Merchandise Authorization number on
the return shipping label as follows:

In general, Access-Trading accepts returns on merchandise from
select manufacturers within 30 days.
However, Access-Trading
reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days
from the invoice date. Original shipping charges are not
refunded on returned items.
Customers are responsible for all
shipping charges back to Access-Trading on returned items, and
Access-Trading will pay the shipping charges on the replacement
or exchange item(s) going back.
All non-defective returns authorized by Access-Trading are subject to
a 15% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 days of
invoice.
